GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following General Terms and Conditions came into effect on 30/09/2024. Before you start playing, please read the General Terms and Conditions section carefully. By using the website, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
The English version applies preferentially.
1. General
1.1. Players understand that participation in the Games entails the risk of losing the funds deposited into the account with snatchcasino.io. In some jurisdictions, online gambling may be illegal. Players understand and agree that snatchcasino.io cannot provide legal advice or guarantees regarding the legality of the use of the Website services. The Company does not confirm that the Website services meet legal requirements in a Player’s jurisdiction. Players use snatchcasino.io services on their own initiative and at their own risk and assess for themselves whether their use is legal under the applicable laws of their location. Players log in to the Website and participate in games at their own risk. Remember that gambling can be addictive—gamble responsibly. snatchcasino.io only accepts players over the age of 18.
1.2. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Casino from time to time. We will do our best to inform our Players of any material changes via email. However, we recommend that all Players regularly visit this page and check for any changes.
1.3. These General Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the Player and the Casino. Players must read the terms and conditions in their entirety before registering an account. If the Player does not agree to any provision, the Website may not be used.
1.4. Players agree to receive communications from the Casino electronically (e.g. email), via SMS or telephone calls (Communication Channels). We communicate through these channels or through messages on the Website. Players may opt out of marketing emails. However, we reserve the right to send necessary information about account balances or the functionality of the Website even if the Player has opted out of regular mailings.
2. Game availability
2.1. Certain games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions according to the game providers’ policies, which may change from time to time.
2.2. We cannot guarantee that refunds, deposits, winnings or bonuses obtained by a Player residing in countries blocked by license holders, software or payment providers by using encrypted connections to hide their geolocation will not be forfeited and may be claimed back by us. Such actions constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse account opening, close or block an account, withhold winnings and use the funds to cover damages caused by the Player.
3. Accepted currencies
The website allows betting with the following currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tron (TRX), USDT (ERC-20), USDT (TRC-20), other cryptocurrencies, and EUR.
4. Who gets to play?
4.1. The Casino only accepts Players from countries and regions where online gambling is legal. The Player is solely responsible for checking applicable laws and regulations before playing on the Website.
4.2. The Casino only accepts Players who are of legal age (minimum age 18 years) and who have reached the age applicable for online gambling in the Player’s home jurisdiction. The Player is responsible for knowing any age restrictions.
4.3. The Player is solely responsible for not violating applicable laws by participating in games. Real money deposits and real money gaming are governed by the laws of the Player’s country and must be followed.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and to restrict access or block the account of Players who do not meet the requirements.
4.5. Players from the following countries and territories (“Restricted Countries”) are not allowed to deposit or play for real money: Australia, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, USA, UK, Turkey , China, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Thailand. The Casino cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds if this policy is violated.
4.6. Players from the following countries and territories restricted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) are not allowed to deposit or play for real money. Blacklist: North Korea, Iran. Greylist: Albania, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Jordan, Haiti, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Yemen and Zimbabwe. The casino cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds if this policy is violated.
4.7. We do not accept payments or users from the following countries/territories: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Barbados, Botswana, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, North Korea (DPRK), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Fiji, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Samoa, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
5. Use of Player Account
5.1. Before bets can be placed, the Player must register and open an account.
5.2. Players must provide all mandatory information in the registration form, including a valid email address. Without a valid email address, we cannot assist with “forgotten password” and deposits/withdrawals cannot be made. The player is responsible for the information being true, complete and accurate.
5.3. The Player chooses a username and password. These login details must be kept secure and must not be shared. The Casino is not responsible for any misuse of the account due to the Player disclosing the details, regardless of intent.
5.4. For transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer data is treated confidentially and is not sold to third parties.
5.5. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit.
5.6. All information provided to snatchcasino.io during the term of the agreement must be true, complete and accurate. Changes must be notified to snatchcasino.io immediately.
5.7. It is not permitted to transfer funds between player accounts, receive funds from other players or sell/buy/transfer accounts.
5.8. If a bet has been confirmed or a payment has been made in error, the Casino reserves the right to cancel such bets or correct the error by resetting to the correct terms and conditions that applied at the time of the bet.
5.9. If the Player discovers errors or deficiencies in the software, the Player undertakes not to exploit these and to immediately report them to snatchcasino.io. Failure to do so entitles the Company to compensation for all costs related to the error/deficiency and failure to report.
5.10. The Company may withhold payments in the event of suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the system. Criminal action may be taken. snatchcasino.io may terminate and/or change games or events on the Website.
5.11. Only one (1) Casino Account per Player is permitted. Attempts to open multiple accounts, use someone else’s account or use multiple identities may result in immediate closure, retention of funds and suspension from the Website.
6. Deposits
6.1. Real money gambling may only take place if there are sufficient funds in the account. Demo play and/or free play may be permitted at the Casino’s sole discretion.
6.2. We do not have a general minimum deposit requirement. The maximum amount depends on the chosen payment method. We also offer games with certain cryptocurrencies.
6.3. We may in certain cases credit a personal “bonus” amount. Terms and amounts are determined by the Casino and are set out on the Website. Specific withdrawal requirements may apply according to bonus policy/loyalty rules (incl. wagering requirements).
6.4. snatchcasino.io is not a financial institution. The account does not earn interest.
6.5. The Casino is not a currency exchange service and does not perform any currency conversion.
6.6. Only own, legal and non-borrowed funds may be used for deposits. By using the Website, the Player confirms this.
6.7. Due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits via such payment systems.
6.8. To limit gambling, the Player may set limits in his/her profile on the Website or contact [email protected].
6.9. Internet gambling may be illegal where the Player is located; in such case the payment card is not authorized for the transaction.
6.10. The cardholder is responsible for knowing the legislation on online gambling in their home country.
6.11. Minors are not permitted to participate in activities on the Website.
6.12. Chargeback leads to account closure and balance offset.
7. Withdrawal Policy
7.1. The minimum withdrawal is $25 or equivalent. The maximum amount depends on the chosen payment method. If the limit for a system is exceeded, the payment will be made in partial amounts. The maximum withdrawal in fiat per transaction is USD 1,000 (or equivalent), subject to overall limits.
7.2. If we mistakenly credit the account with winnings that do not belong to the Player, regardless of the reason, the amount remains our property and will be withdrawn. If incorrect funds have already been withdrawn, the amount constitutes a debt to us. The Player is obliged to immediately notify us by email in the event of an incorrect credit.
7.3. The player acknowledges that funds are spent immediately and that the Casino does not offer buybacks or cancellations. snatchcasino.io may pay out larger winnings in monthly installments.
7.4. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks (KYC) upon first withdrawal and thereafter, at our sole discretion, such as passport/ID, proof of address and/or card/wallet proof.
7.5. The player is responsible for ensuring that the documents provided within KYC are genuine. Forged documents may lead to forfeiture of deposits and winnings.
7.6. In order to make a withdrawal, deposited funds must be wagered at least three (3) times. The player is responsible for taxes and fees according to the laws of their home country.
7.7. If crypto funds are sent to the wrong network address (e.g. BTC to BCH address), snatchcasino.io will not attempt to restore the amount. A fee may be charged if restoration is requested, without guarantee.
7.8. The internal operating currency of the website is EUR and/or USD. For transactions in other currencies, the amount charged may differ slightly due to bank/payment system exchange rates.
7.9. Withdrawal processing time depends on the payment method and provider and can normally take up to 72 hours or more. After release, time frames per selected method apply.
7.10. We may at any time apply additional KYC measures to deposits.
7.11. We may call the number in the Player’s profile as part of KYC. No withdrawals will be processed until full verification has been completed.
7.12. We are not a financial institution. The account does not earn interest and no currency exchange service is offered.
7.13. Each Player must meet a wagering requirement before withdrawal: at least one bet equal to the total amount deposited. In practice, this constitutes a wagering requirement of 3x the amount deposited. To wager SND funds, wagers may only be made on Snatch slots ; bets on other games do not count. Bonus policy may specify different wagering requirements for specific bonuses.
7.14. snatchcasino.io reserves the right to set its own payment and withdrawal terms, including maximum and minimum amounts per transaction, depending on method, account status, etc.
7.15. If the Player receives Free Spins or other no-deposit bonuses, a deposit of at least $25 (or equivalent) must be made before any winnings can be withdrawn.
7.16. Snatch’s daily withdrawal limit is $1,000 (one thousand) for all players. These limits ensure a smooth and fair experience.
8. Responsible gambling
8.1. Upon request for self-exclusion, the account will be closed immediately and the Player will not be able to play on that account. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent the opening of new accounts, but the Player is solely responsible for ensuring that no other accounts are created. The Casino cannot be held liable for losses on other accounts.
8.2. Players can set, for example, a loss limit on their account, in addition to other limits.
9. Dormant accounts
9.1. An inactive (dormant) account is an account where the Player has neither logged in nor logged out for six (6) consecutive months. If the account is deemed inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge an administrative fee: 5% of the balance or a maximum of 100 USD, whichever is higher.
9.2. The player agrees that this fee will be charged at the beginning of the month following the date the account became inactive, and thereafter each month until the account is reactivated or the balance is zero.
9.3. Any costs incurred in connection with the refund process are borne by the Player.
9.4. If the account is inactive for 48 months, the balance will be confiscated.
10. Account closure
10.1. Players may close their account by contacting us via [email protected]. snatchcasino.io will then refund all funds from the account. The refund method is selected by the Company at its sole discretion.
10.2. To combat fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing, snatchcasino.io may request updated documents, interview (Skype/Zoom), proof of origin of funds and/or selfie with action upon account closure—even if previous verification has been performed.
10.3. The Company may close the Player’s Account and refund funds (less any relevant withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion without any obligation to provide reasons or prior notice.
11. Disclaimer
11.1. Players are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on winnings.
11.2. By participating in games, the Player accepts the risk of losing deposited funds.
11.3. The Company is not liable for damages/losses to Players or third parties directly/indirectly caused by:
11.3.1. error, typo, misunderstanding, technical error, transaction error, registration error, obvious mistake, interrupted game;11.3.2. force majeure;11.3.3. violation of the terms and conditions by Players or third parties;11.3.4. collusion/criminal acts by Players or third parties;11.3.5. advice/recommendations from snatchcasino.io or third parties via the Services/Website;11.3.6. market fluctuations, incl. exchange rate variations.
11.4. The company is not liable for loss/damage that was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time of entering into the agreement.
11.5. The Company’s total liability to the Player for all losses in connection with a particular game/stake shall never exceed the amount of the stake that gave rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
11.6. The Company may close the Player’s Account and refund the balance (less relevant fees) at its sole discretion without any obligation to provide reasons or prior notice.
12. Anti-fraud policy
The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and uses various tools and techniques. In case of suspicion of fraudulent actions—including but not limited to collusion with other players, fraud against other casinos, payment denials, multiple accounts, cheating or personal bankruptcy—the Company may terminate the account and stop payouts and notify the relevant authorities. Delaying game rounds, leaving large bets on the table or exploiting software bugs are considered violations of the rules.
12.2. If the Casino discovers that a user has accepted a bonus/promotion with the purpose of creating positive expected value through known methods to secure withdrawals on the bonus—e.g. delaying bonus rounds/ free spins until after wagering requirements have expired or making new deposits while bonus rounds remain—winnings may be confiscated and the account closed, and future withdrawals may be withheld.
12.3. snatchcasino.io prohibits collusion between players and does not allow robots or programmed devices in games.
12.4. The Casino may close the Player’s Account and refund the balance (less relevant fees) at its sole discretion without any obligation to provide reasons.
12.5. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings on the Player’s balance are deducted from the calculation basis.
13. Refund Policy
13.1. Players may contact customer service as instructed on the Website for complaints regarding our services.
13.2. For refund verification, we may request:
13.2.1. Photo of both sides of passport/driving license/ID;13.2.2. Proof of address (photo of paper document received within 90 days, e.g. government letter, bank statement, bill);13.2.3. Alternatively, upload of original PDF of bill/bank statement with name and account number if not already uploaded.
13.3. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
13.4. When a refund is decided, the amount is credited to the Player’s account and the process is completed within 48 hours of the decision.
13.5. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings on the balance will be deducted.

14. Complaints
14.1. Players may contact customer service as instructed on the Website for complaints.
14.2. Complaints are handled by support and escalated within the organization if the matter is not resolved immediately. The player is kept informed to a reasonable extent.
14.3. If the dispute is not resolved by the Casino management, the Player may contact an independent body, gaming authority or licensor specified on the Website.
14.4. In the event of a dispute, server logs and records shall be final evidence. If the result on the screen differs from the game server log, the server result shall prevail. Our records shall be the final authority on the terms, circumstances and results of the relevant game activity.
14.5. We will contact the Player in such matters via the contact details provided in the account.
15. Sanctions and termination
15.1. If the Player breaches these terms and conditions, or if we reasonably suspect a breach, the Casino may refuse account opening, block/close the account, withhold winnings and use funds to cover liability.
15.2. We are the final decision maker as to whether rules/terms have been violated such that suspension or permanent ban is warranted.
15.3. The Company expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in and to the Services and Content and the Player may not use the Services/Content for any purpose other than those set out above.
15.4. In particular, the Player may not:
15.4.1. remove copyright/trademark notices in Content or copies;15.4.2. use Content in a way that may infringe the rights of the Company or third parties;15.4.3. use Content illegally or in violation of snatchcasino.io’s terms and conditions;
15.4.4. use/reproduce/edit/mix etc. or exploit Services/Content for commercial purposes (including advertising/subscription revenue);15.4.5. copy or distribute Content to third parties;15.4.6. archive or store Content for access by anyone other than the user.
16. Intellectual property rights
16.1. The design of the Website and Services, all software and Content are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights belonging to snatchcasino.io and/or its licensors.
16.2. The Player may only view, download to compatible device, print, use, quote and refer to Content for personal, non-commercial use, with proper acknowledgement of snatchcasino.io where appropriate.
16.3. snatchcasino.io reserves all intellectual property rights in the Services and Content—use beyond the above is not permitted.
17. Definitions
Account — Player’s personal profile on the Website, used to manage funds and access games.
Bonuses — promotional offers provided by the Casino and subject to specific terms and conditions.
Casino — refers to snatchcasino.io, operated by Goodwin NV and LUCKYLUCK LIMITED and responsible for website and payment processing.
Communication channels — channels through which the Casino communicates with Players: email, SMS and phone calls.
Company — refers to Goodwin NV, owner/operator of snatchcasino.io, as well as the payment operator LUCKYLUCK LIMITED.
Demo games — free games on the Website that may be offered at the Casino’s discretion.
Game providers — companies that develop and supply games to the Casino and that may restrict availability in certain jurisdictions.
Geolocation — determination of the Player’s location via IP address or other technology to enforce jurisdictional restrictions.
Chargeback — reversal of payment initiated by the card issuing bank or cardholder.
Jurisdiction — geographical area where the Player is resident and whose laws on online gambling apply.
Payment operator — LUCKYLUCK LIMITED, responsible for payments for snatchcasino.io.
Player — a natural person who registers on the Website and participates in the games offered by snatchcasino.io.
